"Armani," is a work choreographed by Zakiya Rose in collaboration with local artists, and producer @rozotadi. This song was created after the death of a beloved community member, Armani, as a way to celebrate her life. "Armani," delves into the feelings evoked from death including disassociation, and romanticization. Through this art form we celebrate the alternate reality of a world with someone else that we can only dream of.
